Pricing & Setup
Total Disk Space Total amount of disk usage allocated to your web account. The system calculates the actual total disk usage of your web files, logs, databases, mails, and everything else that is owned by your account. Total disk usage is summarized every 24 hours to make up Summary Disk Usage (not calculated in real time). Summary Disk Usage statistics is updated every 24 hours and is shown to end users in their Control Panels. This way you can assign your own disk space quota, mailbox quota, and database quotas according to your needs from within your control panel. All disk usage will be calculated and summarized under the Summary Disk Usage meter.
  Total Data Transfer Total amount of data transfer or traffic allocated to your hosting account. Data transfers are summed from both your upstream and downstream transfers (uploading and downloading data). It will be calculated from your FTP, web site, database, and mail traffic. You can buy more bandwidth if you should require more.

  Monthly Fee The base fee which you have to pay every month for your web account. This fee covers the hosting resources allocated to your web account according to the plan you choose.

  Setup Fee Initial setup fee for creating your web account and allocating our server resources to your hosting account according to the plan you sign up for.

  Sub Domains Each account will have the capability to create sub domains. Sub domains will be treated as an independent website, even though it is still managed under your main control panel. A sub domain is an inferior domain, for example, a sub domain to domain allonweb.com would be support.allonweb.com or even unix.support.allonweb.com. Each sub domain can have its own FTP user account, mailboxes, configuration files, databases, and all the other hosting resources that are allocated to your account, but the total usage is all added together according to the limits of your account plan. Of course you can always upgrade.
  Domain Aliases Domain alias is an extra domain name that points to a primary domain. For example, the owner of the domain mydomain.com can register another domain name such as second-domain.com and have it point (link) to the location of mydomain.com. This means that every Internet user who goes to second-domain.com will land in mydomain.com.
  Parked Domains You may park your other domain names under your hosting account and manage the DNS (domain name server) records from your control panel although you host it elsewhere. It is like DNS hosting where you can set custom DNS records and point each record to some external IP Addresses.
  Mail Domain Aliases Mail Domain Alias is an extra domain name that points to a primary domain. For example, the owner of the domain mydomain.com can register another domain name such as mymirrordomain.com and have it point to the location of mydomain.com. This means that every email message that was sent to anything@mymirrordomain.com will go to anything@mydomain.com.
 
Web Services & Tools
  CGI with Custom Mapping Allow you to map file extensions, so they are treated as CGI (common gateway interface) scripts. E.g.: Files with *.PHP, *Cgi, and *.pl extensions will be executed as CGI scripts even though they are located outside your Cgi-bin directory.
  Own CGI-Bin Directory Allow you to create a Cgi-bin directory. Everything uploaded into that directory will be treated as executable CGI scripts.
  MS FrontPage Support Allow you to publish your website using Microsoft FrontPage 97, 98, 2000, 2002, and XP.
  Server Side Includes Allow you to execute your scripts through html documents. The result of the scripts being executed will be displayed on your html page. Usually the file of a server side includes documents ending with .shtml, but you can configure what extension you want to use. For example you can set that SSI documents to end with .cool, .hd file extension, and so on.
  PHP Allow you to execute PHP scripts within your website. We used the latest PHP version with GD support to create dynamically build images.
  Perl Allow you to execute Perl scripts within your website. We used the latest Perl version with GD support to create dynamically build images.
  Redirect URL Allow you to redirect Internet users from one of your site pages to another. When trying to connect to a URL that is redirected, an Internet user is taken to the address this URL is mapped to. For example you could redirect http://yourdomain.com/checkmail to http://mail.yahoo.com
  Custom Directory Indexes Allow you to define your own index page. A default index page is index.htm or index.html. You can redefine your index page to anything you want, such as default.htm or main.htm, or even to a script file index.pl, index.php, or the like. So when a user opens your website or a directory under your website, the index file gets automatically loaded.
  Server Side Image Map Allow you to use Server Side Image map facilities which replace the functionality of the image map CGI program.
  phpMyAdmin/ phpPgAdmin A web based database management interface that allows you to manage your MySql and/or PgSql databases from your browser. It has the latest features which allow you to manage and maintain your databases much more easily.

  Custom Error Documents Custom Error Document allows you to customize standard error messages coming from the web server. You can set your own 404 file not found error page, 500 internal server error message, etc.

  Web Mail Allow you to check your mailboxes through the web at anytime and anywhere you are. We use very user friendly and the latest web mail software. SquirrelMail supports the latest features such as email attachments, etc.

  Email Accounts The default amount of mail box accounts you can have, this is a real POP3 mailbox account. You will also have your own SMTP server and IMAP support.
  Auto-responders Allow you to auto-respond all incoming emails to your mail box with a pre-defined message. For example if you are on a holiday, all people who are emailing you will be auto notified that you may not be able to reply their emails immediately since you are out on a holiday.
  Catch All Email Address Allow you to have a catch all email address, this is to make sure that no emails going to your domain will be lost. If people mistyped or directed their email to the wrong mailbox under your domain name, it will all go to this catch all mail box account.
  Mail Box Aliases Allow you to create an alias for your main mailbox. For example if you have a real mail box with the name johndoe@mydomain.com, then you create an email alias by the name janedoe@mydomain.com, all emails that are going to janedoe@mydomain.com will actually go to johndoe@mydomain.com.
  Mail Forwarders Allow you to create a mail forwarding service. For example you can create one mail forward named family@yourdomain.com which forwards to dad@mydomain.com, mom@mydomain.com, sister@mydomain.com, and brother@mydomain.com. So if people sends an email to family@mydomain.com, all family members would get that email message
  Mailing Lists Allow you to have multiple mailing lists subscribers. Each mailing list may have hundreds of subscribers. You can manage and customize the behavior of your mailing list directly from your control panel.

Advanced Features & Backups
  Anonymous FTP Server Allow you to have public FTP server under your domain name, for example downloads.yourdomain.com which can be accessed by your site visitors or anyone to download or upload data from/to your hosting account.
  FTP Sub Accounts Allow you to have multiple FTP accounts/user. It would be handy if you have several people maintaining your websites and each website has its own administrator. This way one administrator would not have access to FTP to the other site.
  Virtual FTP Server Allow you to create more FTP accounts/user and give access to more than only one of your directories, specify a different set of permissions for each directory that a user can have, etc.
  Custom DNS Records Allow you to create and manage your own DNS records. You can create A, CNAME, and MX records in real time under your control panel. This feature also come in handy if you are going to give free email services and are using Everyone.Net or Big Mailbox services.
  Crontab Allow you to clock and run your own Unix shell scripts automatically. You can create and manage cron jobs from inside your control panel.
  Dedicated IP Address Allow you to have your own Internet Protocol Address (IP), this is required only if you are going to use one of the following: Dedicated SSL, Virtual FTP Server, Anonymous FTP, or other specific applications that requires you to have your own IP Address.
  Daily Backups We will backup all your web files, emails, and databases on a daily basis. Should you lose any data on your account, you can always restore them back into your account. Data lost which is caused from your side will be subjected to a one time data recovery fee of $45. If it is caused by a system failure we will restore it free of charge. While daily backups is a standard practice, we cannot be held liable for any lost information or data. You should backup all your online files and consider this hosting backup a convenience.
