AllOnWeb operates on the Internet's most powerful hosting platform, H-Sphere. Many H-Sphere web hosts do not reveal their hosting platform, so you never know. The reason we're telling you this is so you'll understand that the most helpful information about using your site comes from the H-Sphere program. We've made it part of our AllOnWeb site to make it easy for you to access.
The H-Sphere User Documentation is extremely comprehensive and should answer any question you have. AllOnWeb is one of the few web hosts that provide this information online and "transparently". Note that the graphics in this documentation use the H-Sphere default, gray and gold, which we think is dull, so we have used an optional "skin" for a more pleasing interface. The information is the same as you'll see on your AllOnWeb site - just a different graphic look.
Accessing your control panel - When you sign up for your account, you will be sent an email that gives you a coded link to access your control panel immediately. You can begin configuring your site to suit your needs. Take time to click on each icon and see where it leads - some options are set to OFF and must be turned ON by clicking on the button. Once your domain name is activated across the Internet, which takes 24-48 hours, you can access your control panel with this address: http://www.yourdomain.com/login.html. (Use your actual domain name of course.) Just enter the username and password you used to set up your account, and you'll go right to your control panel. H-Sphere uses their ugly colors for the control panel log-in, but will change that in the future.
Help for Site Studio is built into the Site Studio program. Click on "Help" any time and it will give you lots of information. For even more help using Site Studio, click here for an action demo provided by demodemo.com.
If you still have problems, go to your control panel, click on Support Center on the left menu, click on Make a Ticket, fill it out and submit it. We do our best to respond to all trouble tickets within 24 hours or less.
